Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TempMailPortal (the "Service") at tempmailportal.com. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
TempMailPortal provides free, temporary, receive-only email addresses. Addresses and the messages they receive are short-lived and are deleted automatically. The Service cannot send email.
2. No account, no ownership of addresses
No registration is required. Temporary addresses are shared, public and disposable: they are not assigned to you, are not private, and may be reissued. Anyone who knows or guesses an address may read messages sent to it. Do not use the Service for anything confidential or important.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
- commit fraud, phishing, harassment, or to evade bans or abuse-prevention systems;
- receive content you are not legally permitted to receive;
- attack, overload, scrape abusively, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with advertising, security, or any technical limitation of the Service.
We may block addresses, remove content, or restrict access at our discretion to protect the Service and its users.
4. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that messages will be received, delivered to the inbox, retained for any period, or available when you want them.
5. Advertising
The Service is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Your interactions with advertisers and any third-party sites you reach through ads are solely between you and that third party. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMailPortal and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, messages, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TempMailPortal and its operators from any claims or demands arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
